Verification policy
Verification labels explain a narrow information check—not medical quality, treatment safety, or endorsement.
Available labels
Unclaimed means a profile was assembled from public information. Claimed means an organization representative completed the claim workflow. Identity and license-information checks describe only the named review performed on the displayed date.
- No ‘FDA verified’, ‘medically approved’, or ‘safe provider’ badge.
- Payment never changes a verification label.
- A check may expire or be superseded when evidence changes.
What we do not verify
A directory check does not establish clinical competence, patient outcomes, suitability of treatment, product quality, legality in every circumstance, or the completeness of a provider’s disclosures.
Last operational review: July 15, 2026. Contact information will be added before public launch.
