The MVP may collect account identity for protected workflows, business contact details, provider submissions, public source URLs, correction requests, security logs, and privacy-safe product analytics.
- No medical histories, diagnoses, symptoms, medications, dosage requests, lab results, or medical documents.
- No sensitive form values are sent to analytics.
- Administrative access is logged.
Purpose and retention
Information is used to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the directory. A production retention schedule will define deletion windows by record type, legal need, and security purpose.
Rights and contact
A verified privacy-request channel, applicable regional disclosures, subprocessors, cookie choices, and deletion procedures must be finalized before launch.
